"…This is probably one of the most unusual letters your company has ever received. In 1968, my wife purchased this Black & Decker drill for me. Since we built our first house, it has been used and served me faithfully until September 20, 2009. It suddenly quit running, probably out of fatigue and old age. The quality and dependability of our product is unquestionable. To give it a place of honor in my garage shop, I built a shadow box to properly display it. I will always glance at it with appreciation and respect for the quality of your product."
